My name is Karen and I am located in Fareham, Hampshire. I live with my husband Chris and children. We have a semi-detached house with large enclosed rear garden which provides lots of fun for outside play.
became a registered childminder in 2003 as I wanted to use my childcare experience and work with children. I am able to care for 5 children under the age of 8 years, of which 3 may be under 5 years. This number excludes my own children. As I provide individual home-based care I am able to tailor my service to suit a family's particular needs.
I am registered with Ofsted and I am also a accredited network childminder. I am also a member of the NCMA and through them hold public liability insurance. I also have a paediatric first aid qualification

I belong to Fareham Childminders and also UK Childminders, which is an internet based group and these groups help me to keep up-to-date with developments in childminding. I hope that any children in my care will have fun whilst they play and learn in a safe, clean, loving home environment. I aim to offer quality childcare at an affordable price in a home environment.
